Q: How heavy is the TrackPack® Cooler?
A: Fully loaded, with twenty 12oz. beverage cans and frozen gel-packs, the TrackPack® Cooler weighs 24lbs- which is actually LIGHTER THAN CARRYING 20 DRINKS WITH ICE!

Q: Is the TrackPack® comfortable?
A: Yes, the TrackPack® Cooler’s unique design provides an even and balanced weight distribution unlike any other shoulder-mounted cooler. High-density back padding covers the back of the pack, and adjustable shoulder straps may be sized for both MEN and WOMEN! It is very comfortable to carry.

Q: How does the TrackPack® keep things cool?
A: The TrackPack® comes with THREE specially designed gel-packs, which need to be frozen prior to use— just slide your gel-packs into the TrackPack® Dispenser and seal the cooler.
OR
If you do NOT want to use the TrackPack® dispenser, or you forgot to freeze your gel-packs– just secure the waterproof liner (included), add ice, and the TrackPack® can be used as a conventional backpack cooler.

Q: Can I use ice with the TrackPack® Dispenser?
A: No. We do NOT advise pouring ice into the TrackPack® Cooler when using the dispenser. Because the ports are not watertight, melting ice WILL begin to leak from the dispensing ports.

Q: How long does the TrackPack® keep drinks cold?
A: If the gel-packs are completely frozen prior to use AND all zippers and openings are closed when not in use, contents will stay cool for about 6 hours on a VERY HOT day!
TIP: FOR BEST RESULTS, CHILL DRINKS PRIOR TO USE.

Q: Does the TrackPack® leak?
A: NO. When using the dispenser, the beverages are cooled using gel-packs instead of ice – so there is no melting, only minimal condensation. While there might be some “sweating” from condensation, the pack is lined with a waterproof plastic keeping your back dry! When using the waterproof liner insert, the TrackPack® has TWO layers of waterproof material protecting you from the melting ice inside the pack. The liner insert is completely sealed and will NOT leak!

Q: Is the TrackPack® durable?
A: Yes, the TrackPack® Cooler was designed with hiking packs in mind. Areas expected to receive high stress loads have been reinforced with double and triple stitching. The TrackPack® is made of durable 420D Nylon and heavy-duty canvas so it can withstand the elements!

Q: Why does the TrackPack® only hold 20 cans?
A: At 14 x14 in, the TrackPack® is designed to comply with cooler size regulations at many popular venues.

Q: Can I really bring the TrackPack® into NASCAR and IndyCar races?
A: Yes. Select tracks admit coolers of varying sizes. Some major tracks where the TrackPack® is permitted are:

A: The TrackPack® is currently available in BLUE, RED, and GRAY.

Q: Does the TrackPack® Cooler fit taller (16-oz) cans?
A: Unfortunately the TrackPack® Dispenser does NOT dispense 16-oz cans, however, bottles, oversized and specialty cans can easily be placed in the TrackPack® using the waterproof liner insert.

Q: Does TrackPack® Coolers offer any other types of dispensing coolers?
